This simple Lemon Cod Recipe is not only delicious but it’s simple to make as well. The simple ingredient list and the basic cooking skills that are required will make this a recipe you prepare over and over again.

Ingredients To Make Lemon Cod

2 (6 oz) fillets of cod
2 tbsp , melted (or butter)
2 tbsp scallions, chopped
2 tsp fresh lemon zest
house seasoning, to taste
cooking spray

Steps to make Lemon Cod

Preheat your oven to 400.

In a small bowl, combine the melted earth balance, green onions and lemon zest.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray

Add the fish to the pan and season it liberally with the house seasoning. Drizzle it with the butter, making sure that it is spread evenly on the fish.

bake the fish for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
